Combat Tracker

Is there anyway to make the combat tracker available to all players?

I have a reason to want this.

this is doable and has been implemented in some rulesets already: Base, d20_JPG, 4E, Savage Worlds and Unicore ruleset to mention but a few. The idea is to bind each entry to databasenode (ie. using fields). You might want to check out some of these rulesets to have some base idea about this.
