Ok, quick question about the Ultimate FG Liscense.

If I were to purchase that then the people I would be playing with would not need to have their own liscense? Is that correct? Or would they still need their own liscense to play (not DM, just play)?

If the GM is using an Ultimate license, the players do not need a license to play.

Another question if you guys don't mind.

If I purchase the software (Ultimate or Full) am I limited to installing it on only one computer (I'd like it on both my laptob and desktop)?

By the EULA you aren't suppose to. Here's what the FAQ says about it: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/faq.php?faq=license_and_purchasing_issues#faq_lice nse_1

Yes, I spotted that in the EULA - I have a copy with my ultimate license on both my laptops (as I develop rulesets on my portable one, and actually play on my larger one), but it is somewhat annoying that to use my portable laptop as an "unregistered" client I need to remove the ultimate license (e.g. reinstall FGII !) to use it.

Fair enough, w.r.t the license though. Just annoying for me :)
