Converting a 3.5 to D20_JPG Campaign

Does anyone know what needs to be changed to convert a 3.5e Campaign to a D20_JPG Campaign. can the info just be copied from one DB to the other. I realize there could be some data loss, but has anyone done this. And did it work well.

I haven't done a direct comparison of every field, but I believe that the two database formats are almost identical. The only hiccup I can think of is that encounters (d20_JPG) do not equal multiple combat trackers (3.5E), so the 3.5E combat tracker will be lost.

I have done this. The combat tracker seems to be the only thing that doesn't transfer.

It works fine except as Zarin and Moon Wizard mentioned you will lose your combat tracker info so don't do it in the middle of a fight.
