Campaign creation, need help

I have to find a tutorial for campaign creation. I have a few questions and a video or a tutorial would help a lot.

1. If I make an image in Photoshop and want to use it in FG, how do I get it into the program?
2. How do I make links inside my scrolls to link to other scrolls (example links to names in a timeline scroll)
3. Is there a tutorial section that I can't find, preferably one with videos

These videos from Xorne and you have really helped me with my custom module Kingdom of Dust. I spent my day off playing around on FG making the module, and I think for being new to the whole program that it's coming along nicely. I custom make all my images with photoshop cs4 and am writing custom content based off my inspirations.
