4e Ruleset? Where'd FUM go?

I just purchased FGII today hoping to use it for my 4e campaign. I've found pointers to the parsers and library tools, but the actual ruleset is nowhere to be found. All the links for it point to Four Ugly Monsters but that whole site is just a GoDaddy parking page.

Help a newb out eh?

the rule set is included in the current version of the FG2
