Does the RESIST modifier support level number values (e.g., RESIST: 5 + 1/2 Lvl)?

I have an entry for one of my characters "RESIST:5 [+HLVL] cold" that seems to work.

The modifiers based on abilities or level are set at the time the effect is applied, so the effect example given by tpkurilla needs to be entered on the character sheet.
