Foen's Anatomy of a Ruleset, Migrated.

Just so everyone knows, Foen put together an extremely informative wiki detailing the structure and functionality of a Ruleset. Its a little bit older, but still useful information.

With Foen's permission I have moved that wiki over to Obe's FGWiki for more centralized storage.

At one point it looks like I saved it as a PDF. Up until a couple of weeks ago, Foen's wiki was still active. I should have saved a copy then. Oh well, doesn't look as if there were new changes.
