Okay heres the scoop:
I am looking to run a D&D game. The edition is up to debate. I don't want to run 3.5 particularly unles it is Pathfinder. SO. I will HAPPILY run:
4th Edition
Pathfinder
2nd Ed AD&D
Or maybe even Star Wars Saga Edition

My current availability is:
Sunday 630pm est - whenever
Monday - anytime.
Tuesdays, fridays, and saturdays I cannot play.
The rest of the week also is kind of hard due to I do not get off work til 9pm or 10pm eastern. Everyone let me know how this sounds and all that good stuff.

Cool cool. So that's three. Just need a couple more. I'm relatively new to fourth ed, so it'll be a small learning process. Just need to learn some of the non-basic rules (Grappling, trips, weird effects) and the fiddly bits. I've run far more complex games the 4th edition (Harnmaster, Deadlands, 2nd Ed D&D) so it shouldn't be tooooooooo hard for me to pick up on. I will say I'd preferr a custom campaign setting (one that we evolve as we go) to a book setting. Limits me far less creativity wise.

How does a low-magic to mid-magic (items, not spells) world similar to Dark Ages Europe sound?

That sounds good to me, would you be using the optional "Boons" type rewards to compensate for not as many items, which seems to be centric to 4th ed. Also, I may have a friend that will be able to play, trying to get a hold of him. I'd like to play a defender if I could. Haven't played one of those yet.

Races for themost part are fine as well. If it's anything not from the Ph 1 or 2 or FR run it by me. I don't have monk ifo but o can get t

It looks like we have 4 players so far, how big of a group would you like to run with?

I dunno about boons. I'm not saying NO magic items or NO boons, I'm just saying it's low-magic. What I hand out is earned *shrug*. I started with Greyhawk so I've always been picky about that lol.

4 is fine. Any more people can be added in later, not a biggy. I would say MAX party size of seven. 5 or six would be ideal. Until we start, I'll accept more. I started a message board for the game just so I can post any important things and not clog up the FG boards. The link is: www.fg4thed.proboards.com/

If everyone playing could sign up, that'd be amazing.

Sounds good to me, just need a controller and some others to play, I do believe the DM said 5 players would be good

Actually if you need a controller I can be a druid or seeker instead.

We'll need a controller and leader either way, we have neither

Whatever the other person wants to be, I'll be the other.

It's interesting to see these discussions going on here lol. I have already begun to write the campaign up for my homebrew realm. I even busted out some old writeups of locations :-D

Yeah we need a 4th player since our current 4th apparently lost interest
