Old World of Darkness ruleset

Isn't there a ruleset for the good n' old WoD (Masquerade, Oblivion, Ascension, Apocalypse, etc...) ? Or maybe someone developing one? I have some experience with developing rulesets and I'm willing to help.

This is also for the New WoD. Just a darker version of nWoD. So it isn't what Im looking for.
