New and need help.

Hey guys. I recently bought the fantasy grounds software because I wanted to be able to play D&D and don't have anybody around to play it with. The only problem is, I'm a noob. I don't really know how to start the character creation and how to transfer that character to a game session. I would also like it if anyone would like to allow me to be a member of a campaign (or is this not where I ask for that?).

Typically you ask within the forums of the ruleset that you comfortable with to play. Then give your timezone and times in which you can play so when a DM comes along he already knows what type of ruleset you like to play in. Also what time zone your in and when you can play. This makes it easier for him to pick the right people to play in his game.

On another note, if you are need some help getting used to the application. I can run through some things with you, if you want. Just give me a time when you are available and I'll see what I can do.
