Creating Library Entries (Ruleset Modules)

Good Day,
I have been looking around to try and find this information and I was hoping that someone could help me. I am trying to run a ShadowRun v4 campaign and would very much like to create the mod files for the books I own.... so that they will enter easily into the character sheets etc (Like the 4E D&D) anyone able to point me to the correct place?

Basically the drill is to start with one of the 3.5 rule books (whichever one is most similar to what you want), remove all but one of each entry type you'll want to duplicate, and use that as a template for your information.

Thank you, until someone showed me that thread I had never come across it... I did not know the .mod files were zips.... now I know how to do it.
