Who is responsible for ruleset updates, errata, etc.? Do you find this even takes place? For example, how often does trolllord update the c&c fantasy grounds ruleset?

Responsible and responsible...

For the commercial rulesets it'd be the ones that have created them. For the free ones you get what you get when you get what you get. ;) They are free products produced by fans after all.

Based on a complete unscientific survey of being part of this community for nearly two years, though issues for rulesets are sometimes reported, major ones are typically fixed, and depending on the popularity of the ruleset, the minor ones may be.

I never got the feeling that many rulesets on FG2 are stagnating (though there are some unpopular ones that do).

Good news.

Random Thoughts: Errata can be annoying for digital products when the GM is trying to stick to the "official" canon, so to speak. Then again, sometimes it's not worth the trouble to follow errata. One can just run a game from the book and use FG without the integrated rule-sets, if one is a true stickler.

I'm happy to support the rulesets I've done, including the ones I've got on the wiki. Errors would be fixed before additional functionality, and both would be done as I can get to them though.

FGII Wiki Rulesets:
- MGT Traveller [Mongoose] (extension for foundation ruleset; character sheet only)
- Corporation [Brutal Games] (extension for foundation ruleset; character sheet only)
- Spirit of the Century [Evil Hat] (extension for foundation ruleset; character sheet only)
- Dresden Files [Evil Hat] (standalone based on Base ruleset; currently character sheet only)

Others:
- d20 Babylon 5 [Mongoose] (standalone based on old d20 ruleset; full function)
- Unisystem: WitchCraft & Conspiracy X [Eden Studios] (standalone based on old d20 ruleset; full function)
- Dragon Warriors [Magnum Opus] (in-development character sheet only, issue with spell list)
