View Full Version : Problem: library empty

Hi,
I extracted a ruleset to modify it. I used the same name (without the mod) as directory folder. I can load the ruleset without any problems - but I can't load library modules created for that ruleset (the library is empty) and my own library modules don't show either.
What could I have done wrong?
Thank you for your help.

From what you've said above about the way you named the ruleset then this probably isn't the issue, but just check that the name of the ruleset is included in the module definition.xml file, e.g.:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
<root version="2.2">
<name>GURPS 4e Equipment</name>
<ruleset>GURPS_4e</ruleset>
<author>Graham Brand - Personal Use Only</author>
</root>
Next, check that you haven't deleted the reference classes used by the libraries from your version of the ruleset. These are found in reference_basicclasses.xml.
If you've not done so, watch Doswelk's short video tutorial on setting up library modules. That might help you spot the problem:

totally my fault - I did not activate the module. Sorry - I still have to get used to everything. Thank you for your help.
