When I order the software through the store, do I get a link to download it as well? Or do I download the software under "downloads" I noticed there is a link to download the software.

It's been a while, but I believe once you order it you get a license key. You then download the installer and it will ask you for the license key. It will figure out which version (Full, Ultimate, Lite) that you will download.

You get your license key in an e-mail after your payment has been cleared (which should happen quickly, unless you use a PayPal eCheck), and download the installer from the Downloads page.
