Install key invalid?

I just reinstalled Windows, and needed to reinstall Fantasy Grounds, but it's telling my my license key is invalid. How can I get this fixed?

Go HERE (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/orders.xcp). and you can get ur key! ;)

I think you need to make sure you also type the hyphens '-' in your key, not just the alphanumeric characters.

Failing that, try emailing [email protected]

It shows I have no completed transactions, and yet I can call up the order confirmation email with the key in it, and I've tried the key with and without hyphens. Time to email the above address, I suppose. Thanks.

Try to look ur e-mail, and search for e-mail of the paypal (https://www.paypal.com/br/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home&country_lang.x=true)! :) or SmitWorks...

As mentioned, I was able to find the email, which is where I verified that the key I had was correct. I suspect it's related to all the changes in the newer version. Hopefully, my email to support will have a reply sooner than later :)
