Is there a way to pre-stage the Combat Tracker and save for later use

Sorry for this question, as I believe it has been addressed previously, but, is there a way to load the foes into Combat Tracker and then save for later use? I thought there was a way to export the combat tracker so that you could have a saved session for each encounter.

I am running the D20_JPG ruleset. Thanks.
