Ripped off?

Has anyone else had problems getting the software download? I was trying to pay via card, and twice I ran into problems that nullified the order, forcing me to start over. On top of that, I was charged to my card, even though no order took place.
I tried to find their contact/customer service information, but to no surprise, there isn't any.
If anyone else has had this problem, or knows of any solution, I'd appreciate it.

Some messages get caught is spam filters, or in networking issues. I'm sure if you are patient and reasonable everything will get worked out.

I'd try to think the best of people first. I think everyone here has been well treated by Smiteworks.

Finally got through on my third attempt. But the initial charge is still there. So really, now, just need to find someone to call to have that charge removed.
