World of Darkness Question

Is there a readme somewhere on the commands? I'm not sure how to set the difficulty of skill rolls. It seems the default is 8.

I'll roll and it will say: Gamemaster: 0 Successes (If under 8)

I'm sure it's something simple that i'm overlooking : )

It is for the new world of darkness, which means that difficulty for every roll is base 8.
