I am new to FG and looking to make libraries for AD&D 2E, (Monster Manuel, Player's Handbook, Race/Class Handbooks, etc.) is there a tutorial on how to make libraries out there? I am also looking for a 2E ruleset.

I don't think that there is a tutorial on how to create your own library module.
All modules (including library modules) are .mod files, which are just renamed .zip files. Open one of your existing library modules (using for instance WinRar) and look at it's contents. You'll find at least three files: a thumbnail png, a definition XML and the actual data XML.
The only way to create your library file is to write your own in XML. Get yourself good editor for this (I use notepad++). It's not really hard once you familiarized yourself with the structure of the xml file. But beware, it's a lot of work to do a complete library module (even if you work from a copy and paste able .pdf).
Hope this helps.

Excellent work Doswelk this will be very helpful.
now might I get you to explain how to get an entry* within the entry like the 3e monster manuel i.e.
Category
Monster Manuel - Creature Name (your video goes about this far) *(link to creature pic and stat sheet(these are not seen in list)
do i simply make another library for each?
and should i included a image folder in zip file?
(if i can get this i will be ready to go)

Now I have not used the 3e rulesets but my next video (annoying 10 mins limit on YouTube may help - when I make it!) will show linking and images since you ask! :D

I haven't forgotten about this but my motherboard died, so waiting for new motherboard/cpu/cooling unit/memory and PSU to arrive.
Then I'll re-build PC and start again!
