Trouble getting rulesets to work.

I recently purchased the light version of FG2 so I could join a Dark Heresy game a friend of mine is running. I downloaded the ruleset .zip and tried to extract it to where he suggested, but in the directory I can't seem to find a rulesets folder. Just throwing the files in the FG2 directory or making the rulesets folder my self haven't worked, so I thought I would ask what I am doing wrong here. I am using Win 7 if it makes a difference.

Oh, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled once already, just to be sure that it wasn't just a missing file.

Your biggest problem is likely having a light license. I believe you have to connect to the GM to create a character when you have the light version. (Rulesets also generally don't allow for local character generation).

Oh, I didn't even think about that. Thanks a ton, I will try that out and see how it goes.
