Hi everyone,

Update

I made up a quick hack of 3.5 FG ruleset for use with Pathfinder RPG.

3.5E Pathfinder (https://www.general-chaos.com/fgmods/Pathfinder.rar)
Legacy d20 Pathfinder (https://www.general-chaos.com/fgmods/d20-Pathfinder.rar)
d20_JPG Pathfinder (https://www.general-chaos.com/fgmods/PF_JPG.rar) - from Moonwizard! available unmodded at https://oberoten.dyndns.org/fgwiki/index.php/D20_JPG

The d20 legacy one doesn't pick up the build in library properly. You'll have to edit the .mod files and add/change the ruleset to d20-Pathfinder.

Install:
Chuck it/them in your Rulesets folder
Converting 3.5 or d20 to it is as simple as editing the campaign.xml <ruleset></ruleset> to either Pathfinder (for 3.5) or d20-Pathfinder.

Grapple box changes:
Grapple changed to CMB (BAB+STR+Both+MiscCMB)
STR bonus changed to Both - non-size modifiers for both CMB and CMD.
BAB bonus changed to CMBMisc - Bonuses to CMB but not CMD
Added CMD (10+BAB+STR+DEX(max armour)+Both+MiscCMD)
Size - remains the same
Misc changed to CMDMisc - Bonuses to CMD but not CMB

Skills changes:
Removed redundant ones, added missing PF ones. Updating your game from 3.5 or d20 will not lose any data - all the old skill fields will become deletable. (Go Smite Works!)

Known bugs:
Modules in d20-Pathfinder not loading. Not sure if this is fixable in-ruleset.
CMD shows a + instead of just the number like AC.
Extremely high numbers in CM modifier slots can break and become -1#INF

Changed files:
charsheet_combat.xml
scripts\charsheet_updater.lua (new variables for CMB and CMD)
scripts\charsheet_skilllist.lua (replacement skills)

or
charsheet_combat.xml
scripts\data_common.lua

Open to crits, comments, suggestions and bug reports. :)
Enjoy
-GC

Just did a quick test of the 3.5 based one.

It seems to be working ok at first glance.

A few comments though.
It does not add +3 to class skills.
No space for CMD in NPC sheet (although I tend to put +1/+1/11 in the bab/grp field)
Level adjustment and advancement field in NPC sheet abundant for PF rules.

I would recommend this to groups who were using 3.5E/d20 and would still like to do so, but after having used d20_JPG for almost two years I can't see any benefit of "downgrading"..(this is of course not your fault, but rather the 3.5/d20 rulesets' lack of funtionality)

Ooh. Nice. Thanks for the skills idea.

I put CMB/CMD where available in the BAB/Grp spot anyway. I can retitle it as such with no trouble at all...
But I'm also looking into d20_JPG now. I wasn't actually aware of it. If it's better than the current 3.5e then it's probably what I should do my next campaign in. ;)

Wow. It's pretty good. Only thing that's missing that's in 3.5 is hex grid for maps - and I'm planning to run Kingmaker next, and that would be very useful.

The two rulesets(3.5e & d20_JPG) are in the process of being combined, though. So I would perhaps wait for that.

Our group did basically what you did, plus a little extra to the d20_JPG instead of using an extension, but since d20_JPG is moon_wizard's creation we won't release a modified one.

edit: If you download the Image tools (https://oberoten.dyndns.org/fgwiki/index.php/Image_Tools) extension you can add hex grids to your maps.

edit2: Ooo, have fun with Kingmaker! I'm probably gonna work that into Council of Thieves depending on how my players fare in Westcrown.

Just to make sure I'm getting this right, is the Legacy d20 version of this ruleset based on the FGII ruleset or d20_jpg?

Updated with d20_jpg

No luck with +3 to skills for class, and no luck getting rid of 0.5 cross class skill points - managed to make up some extra wierd bugs from not understanding the script properly.

https://oberoten.dyndns.org/fgwiki/index.php/Pathfinder_Extension didn't work
A mod from Moon_Wizard https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10122 is long gone.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for fixing it up?
