Initiate Question - 4E Ruleset

Hello, Iam from brazil, and just started play this amazing FGII, but i have a question.....

In the library of the 4e modules, i just have the DMG, PHB and MM, right?

The DMG just have DISEASES AND POISONS.... this is right? Just it? Something are missing?

In the PHB, all the powers ranges 1st to 2nd levels only? And the others levels? Is just a download missing or a update not yet done by me?

Because Wizards has forbidden the electronic distribution of 4E no legal library modules for 4E can be distributed. You are free to make your own library, of course, if you have a legal copy of the content. Different laws apply in different countries.

Tenian has written a parser tool that allows individuals to legally make their own library modules. It sounds like you have an incomplete copy of someone else's attempt.

Thanks Griogre.... i do realize that now.... but i think i can solve the problem in another way....
