Is it possible you can cut and paste the effects into a doc and post it here (or another thread). We can't cut and paste from a jpg.

I could be mistaken but I don't believe these are correct. The 4E ruleset already tracks the modifiers for the key conditions and effects as described in the PHB and auto applies any effects/modifiers.

For example a player with the condition Climbing will automatically confer DEF -2 to all attacks. There is no need to apply the additional GRANTCA, the ruleset understands this and applies its automatically.

For the majority of the others, your effects seem to stack, which in most cases, the ruleset will ignore.
