Effects end time

Was just using an effect that was applied to enemy at start of its turn and was supposed to end at the end of its turn. We discovered that the "End" setting doesn't actually end on the current turn. It is based off the person who applied it, so it lasts until that person goes again.

Yes, that's by design. Most effects are keyed off of the effect originator's turn.

However, I am aware that there are effects that key off of the target's turn. It is on the wish list for improvements to 4E.
