Multitouch Support, whiteboard, chat removal, etc.

Hi guys, I am building a digital whiteboard for my game and I was wondering if anyone had tried using this with the various Wiimote, multitouch programs out there?

Also, can you remove the chat/event window?

I have played around with the wiimote whiteboard program and Fantasy Grounds over a projector. It does work as a touch interface although I think it takes a little getting used to with the right-clicks, ctrl-clicks and stuff. It is probably just a matter of setting your preferences and getting used to the wiimote whiteboard interface.
