4E Parsing

Could anyone help me with some parsing questions?
For both PDFs and Compendium.

I have posted on FourUglyMonsters but no one has replied that site seems pretty dead.

are there any current tutorials around? All of the ones I have found are very old (v2.0 of parser, when its at 4.0.19/20 now)
