Bloodiron Armor has an effect where when you hit someone, you then have a +2 bonus to AC vs attacks from your target till the end of your next turn...

Property: When you hit a target, you gain a +2 item bonus to AC against attacks from that target until the end of your next turn.

How would one setup an effect properly for this with the 2.0.2 ruleset? And would the effect be applied to the target of the attack, or to the person making the attack?

Thank you!

Here are some guidelines on effects.
* Attack and damage effects are always applied to attacker.
* Defense and damage adjustment (resist, vuln, immune) are always applied to the defender.

I am working on a revised user guide that is currently only partially complete, but I'm going to send you to the character sheet page where it talks about applying effects and applying targeted effects from a player perspective.

Also, once an effect is applied, the GM can edit the targets of the effect in their combat tracker by opening the effect details. There is a small button that can be dragged onto new targets, and the targets can be cleared by clicking on the targets string.
