Problems with nWoD ruleset

Just bought Fantasy grounds and downloaded the nWoD rule set, loaded properly but i noticed a severe lack of a Library button on the side panel. ive been tinkering with it a bit while referencing other rule sets but i cant seem to find a viable way to implement access to a library windowclass... If anyone could help it would be much apreciated

The PneumaPilot nWoD ruleset doesn't have the library by design. The other ruleset (https://oberoten.dyndns.org/fgwiki/index.php/World_of_Darkness) (which I built as a proof of concept for a commercial version that never happened, and is also free) does have a library. Both rulesets are available on the Wiki.
