Root file problem for a lite player

I am using the 4E_jpg rules set v 1.5.1 to scarred to change yet lol
but one of my palyers who is using the lite version and has played numerous times in my campaign with FG2, suddenly gets this error.

could not load ruleset root file base.xml


what to do

The couple times my players have encountered that error we found that having the player delete the cache file for my campaign in the Application Data folder and then re-downloading the campaign info cleared that right up.

i'm having this exact problem, but deleting the campaign and trying again didn't do anything.

i also get an error that my dm is running an incompatible version.
