How create a power, feat or ability for 4E_JPG ruleset ?

Hello,

I want to create a power, an ability or a feat for the 4E_JPG ruleset. I dont want import existing feats or power but create a new.

In FG2 program, it seam impossible. I suppose i must create it in notepad but i don't know how make it.

For powers just type in the new power using the same format as the existing powers for abilities and feats you can just type the name of the feat in. If you want a link to the feat saying what it does just have the player create a note and link to it at the feat. In the 4E ruleset where the DM can see the note this works well enough.
