For anyone still running the foundation ruleset with the 3.5E extension, this minor change will enable the use of modules flagged for D20. I did this for a customer who had purchased the Complete Minions and the Arms and Armor modules and found them to be unusable in foundation with the 3.5 extension activated. Brief testing on my part shows that they are now listed in the modules screen and they appear to work as intended.
Please make a backup before replacing your existing extension. If I get positive feedback here and no issues, I will add it to the regular update process.
