Buying bundle

Hi folks,

we are planning to buy FG II for the whole group. Can you please tell me if one of us buys several FG licenses as a bundle whether or not he can distribute each license afterwards to the different players so that they can install the software? It should be possible since otherwise the opportunity to buy bundles and to get discount would not any sense, but anyhow would like to know before... :- )

Lite license yes, not sure about full.


Yes, Andugus is correct. The licenses are tied to a specific individual. The one exception is that a person can buy a lite license for another player, at which point it becomes their property in a sense. That player can then upgrade their Lite license to a full license. If that player leaves your group, they take the license with them. We don't currently support any other models with shared DM responsibilities, so the two options Andugus listed are your best options.

Yes, that is allowed for both Lite and Full. A user that you give the Lite license to can also upgrade their license to a Full version independently of you once you give them the license.

Of course, there's the Ultimate.

However, if a different person wanted to run an Ultimate game, it would have to be on the person's PC with the Ultimate. Which would be fine if the G/DM was in the same location.

People that wanted to purchase Full or Lite would be able to connect to the Ultimate.
