"The Box"

Can "the Box" be used with other rulesets? The group I play in has a special place to roll dice so that only the GM sees them...could this be ported into the Call of Cthulhu ruleset?

This isn't in the current version of the CoC ruleset, but something similar is included in the forthcoming BRP ruleset. I think there is an extension which implements The Box, but have never tried it with CoC.
