Links within a story frame

Is there anyway to mark keywords within a story frame?
When my players learn of a new person or place, it would be nice if they could then click that word and it bring up a description or such.

Not directly within a paragraph, but you can put in a set of reference links after the paragraph if you want, just like any other link items. You can put a footnote indicator next to each item within your text and then the players would know they could scroll down and click the link to more information every time they see that.
