Question about VAT in store

Hi to all!

First post being lurking a while...

I bought not long ago a full licence (I'm toying with it and for now I'm ussing it to run my games to have the information all in one place...and showing it to my group to see if at least we try the non-personal game and they buy licenses)...

My question is that when I bought the full license I had a little surprise, the price was higher that what it showed...reason the shop was in an european contry and I was in europe so I had to pay VAT. I prefer to buy the products from the source but since then I've bought a few thing in rpgnow because they don't make me pay more... If I buy now a few things that I want (SW related) I will be added VAT ? I belive now this is a USA company ?

It is still technically a European company under a U.S. corporation. We are going through a merger process of the two and plan to dissolve the European one so it will only be for the U.S. Until that process completes, we will continue to collect fees for VAT.
