Hi,

I have one of my players that has been formatting and changing computers like 5-6 times, and reinstalled FGII all times, but now we're getting an error. Is there a limit to the amount of activation times? If so, can i get the number on his license replenished?

Send the affected license key to support at fantasygrounds dot com and whether it is a Full or a Lite license. Have they re-downloaded the installer from the downloads page as well?

I actually asked if they had redownloaded the license, and they said yes, when in fact, all they did was reinstall with the same download. After redownloading and reinstalling it worked again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
