Issues with images not updating

I'm sure this is an easy question, but I can't seem to figure it out.

I've updated some Map pictures in GIMP and went into FG and all the images are exibiting strange behavior. The images are storing an "old" version that I can't seem to get rid of.

Also, I have some custom tokens that are duplicating.

Any help is appreciated!

Here's a screenshot of the issue I'm having. I've also included thumbnails of the original images.

Just to be sure, here's the location of the files:
C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Fantasy Grounds II\campaigns\Rescue at Rivenroar\images

Tokens:
C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Fantasy Grounds II\campaigns\Rescue at Rivenroar\tokens\NPCs

Again, any help is appreciated.

I figured out the multiple tokens, seems I had them in two locations.

However, still at a loss for the images showing different files.
