View Full Version : FG2 Crashes in ubuntu 9.10 + Wine 1.1.32

Hi

I've use a 32 bits notebook with Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala
The program has been instaled but when I try load a campaing or Join Game, the progran crashes down and give this error mensaje:


Runtime error
Program: C:...

This application terminate it an usual way.
Please conttact with applicarion's support team for more information.

..And the terminal give this error:

¿What its mean?¿I need some aditional C++ Library files?

I believe the last version of Fantasy Grounds included a switch that made it more acceptable to wine graphics rendering. Are you using such a switch?


FantasyGrounds.exe -r


Other than that I'm not sure I"ve never tried to run this under Wine.

I've the lastest version of FG, and I tried the command
wine FantasyGrounds.exe -r
but nothing was happen

I'm not on Ubuntu 9.1 yet (giving it some time to iron things out), but on the previous version I had Fantasy Grounds working with the -r command.

Then they (Ubuntu) did an update on...something a while ago, and it broke it again. :/ I haven't been able to get it to work since.
