Changing registry data path

Does changing the registry data path at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Fantasy Grounds\2.0\DataDir" work correctly?

I don't see why it wouldn't - provided the Data directory resides in the target location of course. But then, I haven't tested this so I can't say for certain.

Yea, I guess I'll just have to test it when i get home.

EDIT:
Alright, did some tests, and it's working fine. Now I've combined Fantasy Grounds with Dropbox and I have synced campaigns on both my laptop and desktop computer. :) Working great.
