how to import portraits and tokens?

Basically summed my question up in the title.

Portraits: as a player copy them to the portraits folder.

Tokens: as a GM copy them to the one of the folders under tokens

Shared - both you and the players see them
Host - only the GM sees them.

Be careful too many tokens really increases the client download time considerably.
