Hi everyone, I am completely lost with getting rules and such. I downloaded the 4E ruleset, and I have my adventure I want to input into FG ready to go, but I do not know what else I need...
I selected the 4E ruleset for the campaign, but have no idea where to go from here....
Do I have to download the parser tool from fouruglymonsters?
How do I add Manuals to my Library?
Sorry... overwhelmed here.

You don't have to use the parser. The parser allows you to copy and paste data from PDFs and it will convert it into a module for you.
You can get started by clicking the icons on the right and populating them (left click on the icon to open the scroll, then right click on the scroll and click Create Item). Create a few Personalities, then create a new Encounter and place those personalities in there.
To get a map, take any map image and place it inside your Application Data Directory's campaigns/Your Campaign Name/images directory. Then open the image by opening the Images scroll and clicking on the name of your image. Set a grid by right clicking on the image, clicking Layers, Set Grid. Then open the combat tracker (crossed swords icon on the top right). Populate it using one of the encounters you made (open an encounter, click the arrow button).
You'll have to assign some tokens (you could also have done this during the personality or encounter phase) by opening the token box in the bottom right, going to General (the one that contains all the letters), and dragging the images to the "nub" on the left side of the combat trackers next to each personality.
Then drag the nub to the map to assign that NPC a position.
Hope that helps you get started, but you should really watch those videos as bloodydrake suggested.

I have seen a couple, and I have all my maps and tokens and I know how to make the encounters up and link them. My only other concern where I feel lost, is with the ruleset itself... by using the 4E ruleset from Troll and Toad am I good to go for the feats/skills/powers etc?

Most people who play 4E with Fantasy Grounds use the 4E ruleset from Four Ugly Monsters. What is the Troll and Toad one?

To clarify the data situation:
Wizards of the Coast has not licensed anyone to provide 4E D&D content in any third-party products. Therefore, the 4E_JPG ruleset does not come with any data (reference, feats, powers, monsters, etc.). All of this information has to be entered manually.
However, at the FUM community site, one of the members has built a parser that allows you to convert text copied from online rulebooks that you own in order to create modules that you can use within FG.

Just a quick comment to the OP. Ruleset construction takes a major effort. Unless you have a specific need for it, I would highly recommend using one of the ones currently in development or published.
