Noob question: NE module installation and chargen

Good morning!

I bought yesterday FG and the NE setting and tried to install it according to the manual (just extract the two mod-files to the module folder). Unfortunately when I open FG I cannot find a trace of NE.

So what have I done wrong?

The second question I have is:
I installed the ruleset for SW 3rd and I could only activate it under "Managing Characters". What was a little bit strange to me that I had to write the edges and skills all by myself. Is there a list somewhere located from which I can choose these things?

I know that these questions might sound a little bit stupid but I seriously do not the answer to them or where I can find the answer.

The answer to both your questions, is in the top right hand corner. To open a module in the library, you have to activate it first. In the SW ruleset its the "mod" button. For what you have purchased there should be 5 I think, SW Players and GM, NE Players and GM and an adcenture Against the Orcs.
