Pros:
Experienced player
Solid, Well made characters
Good roleplayer.
Cons:
Prone to using multiclassing/splatbooks to achieve flavor goals. (a good example would be my Lumi Cleric/Paladin using feats from Dragon Magazine. Amazing flavor, silly looking character sheet.)
