Curious about using pieces of rulesets.

Is it possible to use (for instance) the Pathfinder Spell Book (from the ruleset with the same name) with the d20_jpg ruleset?
I'm a huge fan of the d20_jpg, but the Spell list from the pathfinder ruleset is already complete, and i'm pretty much completely inept at scripting and the like.
