My problem was that I was not allowed to post until I got the confirmation email. I gave my bellsouth addy but for some reason it still did not come through. No problem, I used my gmail addy instead.
Fast forward a few weeks. I purchased full license of FG and used paypal (which recognizes my bellsouth addy). I was ready to install but was waiting on my key to be sent. This was around 10PM on a friday night. No email arrived so I sent an email to customer service explaining the problem. I was fully prepared to get a response on monday and miss out on my sunday session.
To my surprise, I got my response/key at 2AM!!! Way to go guys. Way to go!!!
