Module Creation [Tutorial?]

Hey Guys,

I have been looking around here and am hoping to find a module creation toolkit or tutorial. The threads in the Sticky area have broken links. I would have liked to follow along with the tutorials but they are gone.

Can anyone direct me to a good tutorial on Module creation?
