Tokens not loading?

We're starting a new game with a new player whos never tried fantasy grounds before. When i add a new token to a map, it doesn't load for him, wheras it is loading almsot instantly for the other two players. We're using the JPG 4E ruleset. Has anyone else encountered this problem and know how to fix it?

I'll ask a question back :
How many and how large tokens do you have in the token folder?
A first-time connected player has to download them all.

It was only about a dozen and they weren't very big files. In the end the player restarted his game and everything was working normally, so it may have just been a a bug or him having a fail download speed. Either way it's okay now :)

Edit: Nevermind, i think we've fixed it now.
