I am a complete noob and was trying to start a 4e campaign but my library is empty how do i get those books into the library?

The library books will have to be entered in by you, which is easiest using Tenian's parser at fouruglymonsters.com

This isnt required to use 4e as Xorne's video tutorials show, but it is very useful even though time consuming initially.

There are plenty of posts there about how to get started.
