Question about the CoC ruleset

Hi,

Recently purchased a full FGII license with the CoC ruleset and have been toying with it. I'm still wondering about a couple things I couldn't figure out myself nor find a post about:

-- where are the 9 pregen characters located in ?
-- where are the stats for the HPL "personalities" such as herbert west located in ?
-- when creating a character offline, is there some kind of wizard to help the player through the creation (limiting the skill points to spend, etc...) or is it free-jazz ?

The pre-gen characters are in Utilities ("Ready-to-Play Investigators") and the personalities are in Denizens & Beasts ("Personalities"). These are Referee-only reference modules, so players won't see them, but the Referee can drag and drop them onto the character list.

The ruleset isn't designed for offline use, so the normal approach would be for the players to have a rolling-up session with the Referee.
