I managed to creat a custom Libary Module, like the d20 spells and what not, and i can see it just find on my computer when hosting a game but my players can not. Do they need to have the actual file on thier machines too? I've tried forcing them to load it and also allowing them to use it but while they can see the icon and name under thier modules button they cannot see the info in the libary.

thanks for the help.

A module can hold data in one of three different files:

client.xml
common.xml
db.xml

The only difference is how these are viewed / transferred to players.

client.xml data must be transferred manually (i.e. email the players a the module)

common.xml data is automatically transferred by FGII

db.xml data is available only to the host.

If your custom Library module is a client module, like the d20 spells one, you need to distribute it to your players. Client modules are looked for on the local machine in the modules folder.

Ok.... I just purchased this product. There are no books in the libary however I see in the modules folder the 3.5 and D20 reference guides. How do I access them?

You need to activate the modules. Under that module screen, either double click the icon no the left, or click and drag the little book icon open.
